Hi All,

I've borrowed an iPad 2 from work this week to play with skydemon until my new one arrived. As there was no queue at the apple store today, I cancelled my order online and bought one from the shop.

The first thing I did was install skydemon, but to my surprise, Skydemon is a lot smoother on the ipad 2. Moving the map on the new ipad feels choppy and slower.

This is not a complain as the new ipad just came out of the oven.

I'd like to know if someone else had the chance to try both of them and if they experienced the same result.

Thanks,
Tim Dawson

The iPad 3 has 4 times as many pixels, and Apple have been very careful not to describe it as being faster than its predecessors. I can confirm that we're working on a retina-enabled version of SkyDemon for iPad right now though, and you'll see a big improvement on the iPad 3 when it's released.
